Mrs. Amy Kelly, was very professional as she spoke with me about listing my property for sale.
She explained about all the things that have to be considered when putting property on the market, location, prices around the area, size and improved or unimproved.
She took pictures and put up her sign, the offers started coming in the day after it was listed. Amy explained to interested parties, the advantages of my property and always let me know what was happening. The property sold within a short time, and she answered all my questions about closing.

Amy Kelley listed our house and it sold in one day! Amy was referred to us by close friends who highly recommended her. Amy was super great to work with from the time we decided to sell our house to closing. She helped us through the entire process. She gave us advise on how to make reasonable improvements on the house, even went above and beyond calling contract workers and meeting with them to get the job done. Truly professional team that works well together. They stay connected during the day and work hard to get you a response and/or paperwork completed. Did I mention that they are also some of the nicest realtors I have ever worked with? They are. Thank you Amy for all the rushing around and tolerating how fast we wanted to close. Amy was amazing helping us out with the sale of our home. She was professional, highly responsive, and stuck with us for the long haul as we went through several rounds of listing. After about a year of building our credit and savings we made the leap and walked into our first realtors office. We could not be more happy to have found Amy that day. She was so helpful with learning the process. She called us as soon as a house hit the market to see if we wanted to go take a look. She worked after hours with many emails and phone calls. Always super responsive and just a joy to be around. She’s honest and she knows her business. We are so blessed to have met her that day and now we are in a great home thanks to her.
